- We never share your access tokens with anyone
- We never post without your explicit approval
- Data is stored in secure Australian servers
How to Remove Our Access
You can disconnect JustReachSocial anytime:
Option 1: Facebook Settings (Recommended)
- Go to: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools
- Find "JustReachSocial"
- Click "Remove"
✅ Automatic Data Deletion: When you remove access through Facebook, Meta notifies us immediately and we automatically delete all your data within 24 hours.

We'll process your request within 48 hours
What Gets Deleted:
- ✓ Access tokens and authentication data
- ✓ Your personal information (name, email)
- ✓ Publishing history and analytics
- ✓ Draft content and preferences
- ✓ All records associated with your account
Note: Posts already published to your Facebook/Instagram will remain on those platforms. To remove them, delete directly from Facebook/Instagram.
5. Information Sharing
We DO NOT:

- ❌ Post to your social media without approval
- ❌ Use your data for advertising

- Automatic cleanup: If you revoke access through Facebook, we receive immediate notification and delete all your data automatically
9. International Users
Your data is stored and processed in Australia. By using our service, you consent to data transfer to Australia.
10. Children's Privacy
JustReachSocial is not for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
