3. WhatsApp Communication Consent
How You Opt-In
By sending your first message to our WhatsApp Business number +61 478 551 004, you consent to receive messages from us via WhatsApp.

How to Opt-Out
You can stop WhatsApp communications anytime by replying "STOP", blocking our number, or emailing justreachmarketing@gmail.com.
Note: Opting out will stop all service functionality since our platform works through WhatsApp.
4. Facebook & Instagram Data
Permissions We Request
- public_profile — Your name and profile picture
- pages_show_list — Facebook Pages you manage
- pages_manage_posts — Publish to your Facebook Pages
- pages_read_engagement — Post analytics
- instagram_basic — Your Instagram Business Account info
- instagram_content_publish — Publish to Instagram
Your Data Security
- Access tokens are encrypted and securely stored
- We never share your access tokens with anyone
- We never post without your explicit approval
- Data is stored in secure Australian servers
How to Remove Our Access
Option 1 (Recommended): Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → find "JustReachSocial" → Remove. This triggers automatic data deletion within 24 hours.
Option 2: Email justreachmarketing@gmail.com — processed within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
- Access tokens and authentication data
- Your personal information (name, email)
- Publishing history and analytics
- Draft content and preferences
- All records associated with your account
Posts already published to Facebook/Instagram will remain on those platforms. Delete them directly from Facebook/Instagram.
5. Information Sharing
We DO NOT:
- Sell your personal information
- Share your content with third parties
- Post to your social media without approval
- Use your data for advertising
We MAY Share With:
- Service Providers: Trusted partners for hosting and AI
- Legal Requirements: When required by law
- Business Transfers: In case of merger/acquisition
All partners are contractually required to protect your data.
6. Data Security
We protect your information with industry-standard encryption, secure data storage, access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews. No internet transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

8. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data kept while you use our service
- Deleted accounts: All data deleted within 24 hours
- Published content: Metadata kept 30 days for analytics (unless you disconnect)
- Automatic cleanup: Revoking Facebook access triggers immediate deletion
9. International Users
Your data is stored and processed in Australia. By using our service, you consent to data transfer to Australia.
10. Children's Privacy
JustReachSocial is not for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. Contact us at justreachmarketing@gmail.com if you believe a child has provided us information.
11. Third-Party Services
- Facebook & Instagram: Subject to Meta's privacy policies
- WhatsApp: Subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy
- AI Services: For content enhancement (we don't store your content with them)
12. Pricing
JustReachSocial is currently free. Pricing may be introduced at any time. You'll be notified 30 days before any charges via WhatsApp and email.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy anytime. Changes are effective immediately when posted. We'll notify you via WhatsApp, email, and the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.
