Welcome to JustReachSocial. By using our WhatsApp-based social media automation platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using JustReachSocial (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this service.
By sending your first WhatsApp message to +61 478 551 004, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of Service
JustReachSocial is a WhatsApp-based AI social media automation platform. Our service includes:

- AI-powered content enhancement

- AI image generation

Publishing
- Facebook Page publishing
- Instagram Business publishing
- Post approval workflow and analytics
3. User Eligibility & Account
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have a Facebook Business Page or Instagram Business Account
- You must have a WhatsApp account
- You must provide accurate, current information
3.2 WhatsApp Communication
By messaging our WhatsApp number (+61 478 551 004), you consent to receive service messages, publishing confirmations, post approval requests, customer support, and service updates.
3.3 Facebook / Instagram Integration
Secure Meta OAuth Authentication
- We use Meta's official OAuth authentication system
- Business Accounts only — Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts
- We never ask for your social media passwords
- You can revoke access anytime through Facebook Settings
- We never post without your explicit YES confirmation
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Uses
- Violating any laws or regulations
- Posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Spamming or harassment
- Violating Meta's Platform Policies or Facebook/Instagram Terms
- Unauthorized system access attempts
Enforcement
We reserve the right to immediately block or suspend users who violate these Terms, violate Meta's policies, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt system manipulation.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of your content
- Licence: You grant us licence to process, enhance, and publish your content
- Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you submit
5.2 AI-Generated Content
- AI-enhanced captions and images become part of your content
- You own the final published content including AI enhancements
5.3 Platform IP
JustReachSocial platform, software, AI models, and branding remain our intellectual property.
6. Pricing & Payment
JustReachSocial is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce or change pricing at any time. You'll be notified 30 days before any charges via WhatsApp and email.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
- Best Effort: We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features
- Discontinuation: We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
- Your data is stored in secure Australian servers
- Access tokens are encrypted
- We never share your data without permission
- You can request data deletion anytime
9. Third-Party Services
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Subject to Meta's Terms and Policies
- WhatsApp: Subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service
- OpenAI: For AI image generation
10. Disclaimers & Limitations
Service “As Is”
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
JustReachSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or service interruptions.
11. Account Termination
You May Terminate
- Anytime by removing access through Facebook Settings
- By sending /disconnect via WhatsApp
- By emailing justreachmarketing@gmail.com
We May Terminate
- Accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies
- Immediately for serious violations, with or without notice
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 24 hours. Published posts remain on Facebook/Instagram.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. We'll notify you via WhatsApp and email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
