3. User Eligibility & Account

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have a Facebook Business Page or Instagram Business Account
  • You must have a WhatsApp account
  • You must provide accurate, current information

3.2 WhatsApp Communication

By messaging our WhatsApp number (+61 478 551 004), you consent to:

  • Receive service messages (authentication links, publishing confirmations)
  • Post approval requests and notifications
  • Customer support communications
  • Service updates and feature announcements

3.3 Facebook/Instagram Integration

  • Official Meta OAuth: We use Meta's secure authentication system
  • Business Accounts Only: Facebook Business Pages and Instagram Business Accounts
  • No Passwords: We never ask for your social media credentials
  • User Control: You can revoke access anytime through Facebook Settings
  • Approval Required: We never post without your explicit YES confirmation

4. Acceptable Use Policy

❌ Prohibited Uses:

  • Violating any laws or regulations
  • Posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Spamming or harassment
  • Violating Meta's Platform Policies
  • Violating Facebook/Instagram Terms of Service
  • Unauthorized system access attempts

⚠️ Enforcement:

We reserve the right to immediately block or suspend users who:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Violate Meta's policies
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Attempt system manipulation

Blocking may occur immediately without prior notice for serious violations.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of your content
  • License: You grant us license to process, enhance, and publish your content
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you submit
  • Compliance: Your content must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

5.2 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-enhanced captions and images become part of your content
  • You own the final published content including AI enhancements
  • Watermarks with your business name are added for brand protection

5.3 Platform IP

JustReachSocial platform, software, AI models, and branding remain our intellectual property.

6. Pricing & Payment

Current Status

JustReachSocial is currently FREE.

Future Pricing

  • Pricing Authority: We reserve the right to introduce or change pricing at any time
  • Notice Period: You'll be notified 30 days before any charges begin
  • Notification Method: Via WhatsApp and email (if provided)
  • Universal Application: New pricing applies to all users

By continuing to use our service after pricing is introduced, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

  • Best Effort: We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features
  • Discontinuation: We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Access tokens are encrypted

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Specific publishing results or engagement

Limitation of Liability

JustReachSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party platform policy violations
  • AI-generated content issues

11. Account Termination

You May Terminate:

  • Anytime by removing access through Facebook Settings
  • By sending /disconnect command via WhatsApp
  • By emailing us at justreachmarketing@gmail.com

We May Terminate:

  • Accounts that violate these terms
  • Accounts that violate platform policies
  • Accounts engaged in abusive behavior
  • Immediately for serious violations, with or without notice

Upon Termination: All your data will be deleted within 24 hours. Published posts remain on Facebook/Instagram.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted.

We'll notify you via:

  • WhatsApp message
  • Email (if provided)
  • Updated date at top of this page

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
